Always helpful easy to pickup prescriptions

Always friendly. Always curtious. They always remind me when its time to renew and fill my scripts right away. All I have to do is drive up and pick-up!

Have been in this store several times in the last few months and the drive thru clerk has a very nasty attitude he'll tell you one thing and then turn around the next time and tell you something else and I asked him why does he always say it takes so long in the drive thru minimum of an hour once you told me it was because of the type of prescription the next time he tells me because it's the drive thru and then he proceeds to inform me that if I will come in it can be done in 10 minutes or less inside again he lied it took almost 20 minutes but never the less it's still faster than waiting the hour-plus in the drive thru I spoke with the pharmacist about it and told him that I've been to the CVS Pharmacy in Odessa by the mall and never had to wait that long in the drive thru and he proceeded to tell me I was wrong and I did not know what I was talking about it always takes that long in the drive thru it is not made for speed you want it fast you come inside I told him okay that's fine I just won't come back

Not Handicap friendly. Very disappointing. Store is large and if you are walking impaired you won't be able to shop here, as they do not have carts to ride through this store.

Unfortunately the bad reviews were true.
