Not worth the hassle...to much complaints and not worth typing!
From the moment I walked in We were greeted. The sales lady (Dre) was not pushy and gave us our space so we could look around. Once we were ready she approached us to answer our questions. She made us feel comfortable and worked to get us what we wanted. They waved the delivery fee and gave us a discount on top of the sale they had! The following day we were called and asked about our experience by Barbara Reyes. This experience has definitely made me want to recommend and return to this Ashley store.
Excellent customer service. The gentlemen helped us chose the best option for my purchase, as well as explained the whole process to us & had a successful purchase. Had a great experience with Ashley Furniture Home store in Hobbs, New Mexico! Will highly be recommending This store to friends & family!! Will be back soon for sure!
The Ashley HomeStore in Hobbs had exactly what I was looking for as I work to furnish my new apartment. My sales rep - Randy - kindly greeted me upon arrival & gave me space as I perused the items on the showroom floor. He was never pushy, but was right there when I needed him to answer my questions & give me the best deal possible on my new bed and dining room table/chairs. All in all, I highly recommend the Ashley HomeStore to anyone needing to buy furniture for their home or office. I can't wait for my new things to arrive & I am grateful for the free home delivery and set-up as well! Many thanks to Barbara who followed up with me this morning regarding my purchase & my store experience. Excellence all the way around.
