WATCH OUT! Someone at this location is calling guest asking for their card numbers because their reservation had a glitch during booking. They are telling guest they need to make a new booking but must give your bank info. WATCH OUT! This person already knew my ex. date and reservation information.nThey are going by Michael Adams!!

Front desk staff was super friendly. Rooms were spotless. Everything you need in a suite! Wish we had longer to relax here but it was a stop on our way to Albuquerque. Breakfast was alright with a little bit of variety. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

The space in the room is why we booked here for our family of 5. When we pulled the couch bed out it was broken and not something anyone could sleep on. We had to purchase an air mattress to accommodate. The front desk clerk was extremely unprofessional and not friendly upon check in. The fire alarms went off around 7 am twice for no reason? When we arrived there were guests out front throwing rocks at the second floor window trying to get someone’s attention and blocking the side walk. Housekeeping not once cleaned our room, just brought more towels, never brought more toilet paper or changed our sheets. The hallways were hot and floors were filthy, along with the elevator. They have a sign that offers guests on extended stay side to borrow things for cooking yet when I asked them they said they did not. It stated the kitchen was equipped to use and you only get 2 forks 2 bowls and 2 pans. We had 5 guests. The phone in the room is not working properly and you can’t hear on it. To top it all off when we were trying to check out and make the long drive home, we can’t get off the second floor with all of our luggage and things because the elevator is not working? And the front desk clerk (diff from the one checking in) was not helpful in any way and had no clue what to do! We won’t be back, EVER!

My room came with a well stocked kitchenette. It is quiet and restful. I stayed on the ground floor and was able to park very close to my room. The hotel is currently under renovations but the work stops shortly after I return daily so I'm good there. Haven't tried the breakfast yet but I'm assuming it's on par with others.
