The interior could use a make over but we went to eat not do their interior decorating. What i really liked about this ihop especially was they where constantly cleaning and disinfecting. The cooks where on point that day too. We will definitely be back

What a friendly staff and talk about being on top of things. Cup never empty, everyone was pleasant and many people thanked us on the way out. Burger was delicious!!

The service was amazing, we arrived with a party of 25 and were seated accordingly and in a covid safe fashion and were accommodated with such a large party. The service was quick and the servers were very respectful. This was a nice experience.

All I did was call and ask if their dine in was open yet and she just sighed all annoyed and hung up on me, bunch of snobs. If you don’t like your job find somewhere else to work because customer service plays a big role and so far I’ve been pleased with this ihop but management really needs to take care of these self entitled people who just don’t even want to work there.

Horrible experience. Called in order (assured order would be ready within 15 minutes), drove to drive thru for pick up 20 minutes later. 2 vehicles ahead of us. Had 4 people ask us to confirm order. After about 10 minutes, Staff brought out ticket to sign & assured us order would be out shortly. 25 minutes later called to see what the hold up was. We were told our order was being bagged. They brought out partial order. They were waiting on pancakes. Took an hour to get a simple 2 breakfast order through drive thru After calling order in advance. One of the 2 vehicles in front of us were still waiting in line. Not acceptable!
