Waited in drive through line for 15 minutes. Line never moved at all. Decided to leave and get Wendy’s instead.nnThis place used to be good, but it’s gone downhill lately. Especially service wise. The last several times I’ve gone my order was taken wrong. And it just takes too long. I’ve been the only one in line and still had to wait 10 minutes.
Super busy place. Food was right and hot. Staff was friendly.
Usually drive thru is great. This time they forgot my fritter. Got home and wasn't in the bag. Drove back to get it. Got home and warmed it up and was awful and threw it in the trash. Wish I didn't go back to get it.

I understand that with covi19 we need be more careful. But that doesn't give employees the right to treat customers with attitude when they go in the lobby (w a mask on) instead of ordering outside. True we as customers could be more aware, but employees need to remember that we have always lived free to go in and out as we please. We all need to adjust to this new norm true, but please keep customer service a priority or your place of business will most likely cease to exist.
