Costilla County Clerk and Recorder

Friendly service, quick, and very helpful!!!!

When we first called the County Clerks office for directions, someone answered then hung up. Tried calling back several times and there was no answer. We finally got through and spoke with someone that sounded scruffy and unfriendly, which was no help. So we asked the kind Librarian that was across the street for directions and she told us exactly what door we needed to go through. When we entered, we were expecting grumpy clerks, but good golly these people were so knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help, answering all our questions and provided more information than we could hold. We would like to say thanks so much to Pamela Vigil, Frances, and Jason Medina.
