Colfax Ale Cellar

Had a great experience last night. Great selection of beer styles for a small brewery. Every one I tried were really good. The burrito was phenomenal. Bartender was great, very knowledgeable and attentive. I'll stop here every single time I'm in the area, no doubt. They have growlers and bombers to go as well, so stock up while you're there.

Awesome place. Great beer. We always try to make it here at least once while we are in town.

Stopped in here to get some grub. Perhaps the best kept secret in Raton. Greg knocked it out of the park with his amazing service, and the food was amazing.

The Colfax Ale Cellar is a diamond in the rough. The craft beers are very good. The food we had was a pleasant surprise. The nachos even came with fresh jalapeños. Service was friendly and helpful. They are doing all they can in pandemic times to provide an enjoyable experience. We stopped in on Saturday. It was so good, we came back on Wednesday.

Good beer. Good food. Good people.
