My dog Murphy got sick while we were on vacation in Aspen. The Aspen Animal Hospital was overbooked and suggest I try here. They were able to get me right in with one of the “emergency” appointments they reserve. We were in and out and saw Jen and Dr. Katie who were both so helpful and nice. Murphy got quick blood work, fluids and some medicine and we were on our way. He was better right away and they even called the next day to check on him. I found the price to be reasonable and I was really impressed with this vet. Thank you Dr. Katie and Jen!

Words cannot express how grateful we are to have met Dr. Doug, Rachael CVT and their team, they took such great care of my dog Security during the hard times with his spine fracture, the team gave us options on how to get him the surgery he needed in a timely manner. Didn't think people actually cared as much as Willits Vet in Basalt did. Will never go anywhere else but there from here on out. Thanks for doing such a tremendous job with our loved one, you saved his life. So thankful.

They got my dog Charlie in within a few minutes notice for an emergency. They were so kind and helpful, and it wasn’t anywhere near expensive as I was expecting. Highly recommend!!

Worst vet in Colorado.!! Dog has been injured for four years and has only gotten worse with Jon as his vet. He kept telling us to take these steroids and anti-inflammatory medication and it never improved my dogs condition . After finally talking to another vet my dog has two blown knees that were never found at Willits vet. Now my dog has to have double ACL surgery when he could’ve had it done four years ago. My poor dog suffered for 4 long years. Don’t be fooled by a lazy vet who doesn’t even thoroughly examine the dog. If you like a doc in a box or if you’d like to spend a lot of money for no reason this is the best vet for you. There is no compassion or pride involved with this vet it is just greed. If you love your pet do not take him to see Jon.

I have been going to Willits Vet for about 3 years now and have had only the best experiences. Everyone that I’ve met has been professional, helpful, and great to work with. My dog needed urgent treatment last week, and although the Willits location was fully booked, I was able to get a same day appointment in Glenwood. The group there was just as enjoyable to work with. One of the biggest pluses to coming here is the price. I was prepared to pay a lot of money when I was told my dog needed anesthesia for one of her procedures, but it ended up being just a little more than I was pay for a regular checkup. I can only speak good things about this clinic and will be going back to them for all of my pet care in the future.
