I love this workout! I am thrilled that the Lagree Mega reformer is available in Aspen in such a clean, beautiful and convenient space. The workout is challenging but doable and the 45 minutes flies by. My body feels it in all the right places the next day.
I took an awesome Megaformer class here! The studio is in downtown and has a cool industrial feel. Lots fo group class offerings. Can't wait to try the ritual hot Pilates class next!
I have tried 3 different classes at Ritual - Hot Pilates, Sculpt and Megaformer. Each class was a great workout, I especially enjoyed Sculpt because I like high intensity. The Megaformer was also great because I had never tried a full body machine workout which was low impact but still challenging. I liked the Hot Pilates because it was a great way to warm up and sweat during a cold day. All the instructors were friendly and accommodating. I will be back for more!!
