Grace yelled at me then threw me out for asking a question. Never wanted a felony more in my life.

Grace was rude, unsympathetic, and unhelpful to my 75-yr-old dad, who is a reasonable and cooperative person. He had done everything he was asked to do and brought everything he was asked to bring. He was turned away without his license because of a technicality, and had to drive back days later. Grace should NOT be working with the public.

Grace is always a joy to work with. If you have to drive 30 minutes to go to a DMV from BV, go North!

The lady was rude and unwilling to work with me. I was left to stand in the freezing cold. My daughter had to go in alone.

We called to let the dmv know that we would be late. we got there, and were given the run around. We had every piece of information you could possibly need, plus an email from the dmv website stating what we had to bring. The woman was rude, she said you can wait out there and well see how many people show up on time, and then told us we could just schedule again next week, and turned us away. She was also not wearing a mask when she was printing out paperwork for someone else, as she told us to leave.
