Home improvement stuff from all over the world available super close to me pretty quickly, mostly available the same day - the vast majority of the time. I get to live at an amazing time in history when a store like Home Deppt makes that available to me at affordable prices. Pretty awesome!

Use this HD regularly, this is probably the third time this year this has happened. I always search online to make sure they have something in stock. Get to the store can’t find the item, get associate help. They say it’s not there regardless of online inventory claims. Order online pick up in store same day... waste of time, this place is the worst when needing associate help.

They have a great selection and top notch service reps. I've routinely sought out Sue, who seems to know... Everything. And Amy in customer service makes sure you get what you need, and quickly. Great team.

The staff at this location work hard everyday to maintain a clean, stocked, and safe store for their customers. Their employees and managers are knowledgeable of their products and where things are located. Not only that, they are glad to help you with your shopping experience and with your project questions. They know their stuff and are glad to have you in their store with them!

RUN & HIDEnOnly one star because I have to. I ordered a washer and dryer set. They had no issue of taking the 2100 dollars out of my account and send me a shipping email. Today is 2/16/2021, I stayed at home to receive the delivery. I did a final check and found I fell off the schedule. I called an 1-800 number attached to the email and it said delivery was at 2:00 pm.nnHowever, when I checked the shipping status none was there. I finally got a customer service rep and she told me that the order was delayed and I would receive it on the 25th of the month. I asked why I had not received a call. She offered no reason and supplied the number I had originally called and hung up.nnI called the Evergreen store and they told me the same thing and could offer no reason. Lost a days pay plus they have a refund policy of three days before they post payment back to my accountnnCustomer Service - 0 starsnnThey have lost my business for good. Please pass this to anyone thinking of using Home Depot Evergreen for anything. Lowes and Ace also exist.
