It's a nice mobile home park.. I know a couple of people here and never have any issues..the park is well maintain and the residents are respectful

Like the people who live here very friendly. Do not risk parking in visitors parking. They had my car towed when i was at my moms. It cost me $260 to get it back that day. No warning from managenent to move it. Beware of power hungry manager and drunk wife who likes to call police (police told me she is known to them) i told her she was gonna pay for my car and she called the police saying it was a threat. ( no you and your husband owe me $260.) She was told to go back into her house and to stop making up stories.... anyways other then the rude manager mike its a very nice place to live....

I live here. I moved in last year July 2018 and even tho' I haven't had any physical problems or threats against me, I do believe my tenancy is a problem because I am African-American. Receiving my mail here has been a major issue. I don't even get junk mail. In the beginning of my tenancy I did have some issues with the manager ( Mike ) and CRI. When my lease expires I will definitely be moving out. My privacy was invaded. My mail gets stolen. And some of the mobilehome owner's are rude. Whomever decides to rent the apartment that I presently occupy please do so cautiously. Trust me everyone isn't who or what they appear to be. I strongly believe what's happening to me is a direct tactic of intimidation and harassment. It doesn't matter how nice or quiet a property is; if you do not feel safe or comfortable you shouldn't stay in that environment. The manager is very personable with the other homeowners and he pretty much does what he wants to do when he wants to do it, even if its a violation of your rental rights. Yes it's nice and clean here but it comes with some unorthodox practices.

Were ever u go u would have to stablish friendship, and that is not alway the easiest to do.time will tell.
