Combination of bad subcontractor with bad home warranty, i.e., fidelity home insurance. If Fidelity ever tries to dispatch these guys rest assured that you are going to get ripped. Avoid them at all cost. Not recommended at all. I have warned about this to the entire neighbourhood and have warned everyone in my friend circle. I have also lodged a complaint against them with consumer protection agency. Seems like they already have complaints against them.

This is to the reply. Yes you finally fix the water heater. After months of me trying to get you to fix it. You guys lied to warranty company. saying you came out to look at it the 2nd time but you really didn’t. You guys are very unprofessional, rude and the work you did wasn’t the best. When I asked you questions while you were here it seemed like you couldn’t or wouldn’t answer them. Our water pressure still isn’t what it use to be.

I had a leaky faucet and my home warranty dispatched County Plumbing. They were punctual, professional and responsive. They just came back and replaced my faucet with one that works and looks perfect attached to my sink. Exactly as it was. Very good job!!

THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ROBBS YOU FOR YOU MONEY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY. THEY DONT SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOST TOO AND DO A HORRIBEL JOB. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have an emergency clogged sewer line and it’s backed up into the house. They didn’t show up until 7:00 p.m. and the guy that showed up said he couldn’t do the job alone. He left and I am still waiting for them to return. They did not even return my call or reschedule an appointment. I am not sure why my home warranty @Old Republic uses them, they have such poor reviews.
