I'm going to give two stars for the great service of the young ladies and ladies that work there ONLY! .If not I would give a Zero for the man that works there. when I call to ask for something he acts like I'm bothering him.Please if your the owner ,the son of the owner stay away from attending any customer s your going to lose customers with your Poor service skills .Leave it to the Girls that know how to sell.We have been going there for years .You come off rude...

Carats is the only local store that carries Pandora jewelry. But the most recent purchase had a bad clasp and it has taken weeks to get a replacement. It doesn't seem as if the employees are able to handle mishaps quickly and effectively. I hope they can turn that around as we head into the holiday shopping season.

Customer service is top notch. Always have been treated very well here the ladies are helpful with making choices with the Pandora accessories.

I asked the manager, whom I’m upset that I forgot his name (he’s a husky guy with beard and glasses), to wipe a bracelet I was buying before putting it in the box since it was in the display case being the last one they had. He remarked he would do it even though it was brand new. After I paid, he said he had to go to the back to find a cloth taking the bracelet with him. The professional thing to do would be to bring the cloth to where I was at the counter and wipe the bracelet and then use that cloth to place the bracelet into the box. Well, he came back with the bracelet in his paws as if I was stupid in thinking he actually wiped the bracelet. He placed the bracelet into the box putting fingerprints back all over the thing without even trying. Piss poor customer service especially on Valentine’s Day !!!!!
