One of my favorite stores. I love shopping at loft. I was on business travel and was glad to see the store was open and had great finds.

I came in late on December 23rd to shop for my wife and was greeted with a wonderful smile by Lisa who I believe was the store manager.nI asked her if she could assist me in finding some gifts. I will just say right now that she was TRULY wonderful and had the patience of Jobe!!nShe spent well over an hour with me mixing and matching items...and I just wanted to say that Loft has a customer for life!!nThanks so much Lisa and I wish you well..

I frequent this store, the customer service is horrible! Every time I walk In i feel like I’m bothering them. This location is one of the nice areas in Stockton and it’s a disappointment to this community. I normally ignore this kind of behavior but I felt it necessary to speak up. I’m sure this company wouldn’t approve of this kind a behavior and terrible service. Every season I’m in there and spend a substantial amount of money on work clothes, etc. I hope someone acknowledges this review, I really like the clothes. I will not return to this location any time soon. Hoping for some changes!

Always love loft store and products shop there often. Customer service, not so much anymore. Hilary was an awesome manager, wish she was still there.
