I’ve called multiple times just to have someone rudely great me on the phone then give minimal advice or customer service help when asking questions. Never been to this place and just by speaking over the phone u can tell this shop only like there money and doesn’t care for other people.nI normally don’t do reviews but reading multiple reviews that had to same thing I experienced I Forsure won’t be taking my business here . Be more professional people . Stop being rude .

Don't buy from here,there grillz are poor craftsmanship and brittle.i was very disappointed. Go to Sacramento.

Came here to get my grill done i got 6 top with diamonds and 8 bottom with diamonds and my top after a month they wouldn’t stay on went back to get it straightened out the Owner up front old Asian guy told me i didnt get them done their when he was the one that did the mold and took my Money that type of Customer Service is no good people work hard or hustle hard to get they money i would of expected to been helped out if u cant fix it cut me a deal on some new ones or something but Nope I was planning on getting more teeth done but after this im going somewhere else honestly i dont know how he still in Buisness doing people like that No Integrity a little help goes a long way if u wanna get a grill done and expect quality dont come here drive a couple miles to the Town or Sac where they will give u Quality for your money i took my grill into to Grill talk in The Town and they strait up told me that was cheap gold and not only that they didnt make the grill right thats why it dont stay on so they cut me a deal on getting my grill re-done thats Integrity and good customer service Dont waist your time with This Place it aint worth the Headache u gonna get in the end unless u just wanna waist your money on poor quality teeth and cheap gold if i could give Zero stars i would.
