The Sands is the cutest mobile home park anywhere in San Diego County. Each of the tiny homes are so cute and well kept and just a walk to Grandview Beach!
The Sands is a lovely, well maintained mobile home park community located in the seaside community of Leucadia CA. Cute tiny home cottages are attractive as an affordable option to traditional home ownership. Management is a pleasure to work with, You don't have to spend millions to enjoy the Leucadia lifestyle! Conveniently located within walking distance to the ocean, bistros and specialty shops. Just a block to Grandview beach access and about a half mile to Beacons beach.
