Trailer Rancho is a nicely maintained mobile home & RV park located just a short walk to Grandview & Beacons Beaches in Leucadia CA. Park management is a pleasure to work with.
My in laws have lived here for 5 years now and we love coming to visit them! The community is so nice and everyone is so friendly. It’s right next to a beautiful park so it’s great when we bring our kids over. And so close to the beach!!nWe love it so much here were even considering moving in ourselves!nThis place is great. 5 stars without a doubt!
Been here over four years. Excellent place to live! Helpful, friendly, reliable neighbors. Cheryl Salisbury, Park Manager, and her team, run a tight ship and keep the place well maintained. The space rent at this park is far lower than any mobile home park in North County, let alone one three blocks from the beach.
My wife, our children and I come here 2-3 days out of the week to visit our parents. We feel completely safe in the fact that this a very tight-nit community and very friendly atmosphere to be around. My father, as well as many other people in the community, help their neighbors often. My father was installing an air conditioning mount to his loft and had a few of his neighbors stop by to assist him. My wife and I are going to be living here shortly, as we are upgrading to a bigger space for the children. We will be happy in the fact that we get to own our own little home.
The manager Cheryl has a very bad temper unless you agree with everything she says. If you don't mind fending for yourself in an emergency and having your electric bill higher than in any other park then you will enjoy it here.
