So glad you’re open!!! Also, they have totally switched up the menu to include healthy options like cauliflower crust pizza and many different bowl options that’s are thoughtfully delicious. Not just, let’s throw a salad on there just because. ud83dude0f clearly thought out.nNicole was awesome and so attentive and made me feel comfortable coming back in.nAlso! I got a free ticket for being a awards member so win win!

The menu is great, the prices are reasonable for such place. The seating offers huge comfort and their customers service is amazing. 5 stars all the way

Awesome movie theater!!

So so so beyond happy this movie theater is finally back open! We have missed the movie theaters so much especially Cinepolis. Everything was clean and the employees were super nice.

I have been to the Cinepolis in Del Mar several times and have had good luck. With the construction we tried this location as a group. The food was good but the service was terrible. They mixed up orders and generally didn't act like anyone was trained in customer service. We were watching a game in the lobby as we waited for everyone to arrive. One screen was bad. Maybe this location needs a remodel too.nnThe movie, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, froze about 6 times (every few seconds) in the beginning. When I went to report it, the staff acted like they didn't know it was happening even though the wait staff saw it happen and ignored it.nnMaybe it was just a bad night for the staff. Not sure... Wasn't what we were all expecting after the good experience at their Del Mar location. If you have a choice for a premium movie place, try somewhere if you can.nn9/6/2020 updatenSame bad service at this location... Out seats were broken and didn't recline, kitchen was under construction, which is fine except no heads up. Got an email about an hour before showing to get there early to order but nothing about the kitchen being closed... About 25% of the people must have found out because they brought outside sandwiches and pizza. Would have been great to know.nnConcession food was not successful either. No longer selling junior mints and hot tamales! What?! Oh and not non suger drinks e.g. ice tea. Then they brought everything but forgot the popcorn. After a couple of requests brought at some point during the movie.nnSound was so low in the beginning we couldn't hear the dialog. Luckily they corrected that about 30 minutes in.nnWas thinking it was from Covid but then saw my similar review from 3 years ago. Guess it's just a bad location as it is typically my go to theatre.
