I am so happy with the excellent service and support I received from Jesus from Drains and Plumbing Repair. I was procrastinating about calling a plumber. I call to make an appointment. Mr. Jesus asked what the problem was. I was pleasantly surprised that he sprung into action to assess the situation. In less than 30 min they were at my house working,nnI will be setting up an appointment to deal with another plumbing issue as soon as I can get on the schedule. I am impressed with the courteous and professional service, the kindness and respect displayed by them. I also appreciated that the team wore a mask and were respectful of my home. You won't be disappointed with their service.
This gentleman is AWESOME!! We own three homes in three , so we have plumbing issues several times a year. I have never had a better experience with any plumber. I called Drains and Plumbing Repair on a Saturday morning as I had just discover a small leak hoping they would be available in the weekend. Jesus answered right away, listened attentively to my explanation of the problem, in less than 30 minutes they were at my home. Solving my problem. Just an honest, kind, professional wanting to help. It was super refreshing in this day and age to stumble onto such a fine, competent person. He definitely is my go-to plumber in this area!
I called out for sewer main clogged i had called another well known plumbing company and they had terrible service. The plumber had a bad attitude and i decided to take a second opinion and called Drain and plumbing repair and they sent Jesus Mendoza who was amazing. Great attitude, gave me options and which ever option i chose he fixed immediately and did a great job i would definitely recommend him to friends and family they provided great service !
I am so glad that after researching several companies and asking around, I decided to call Drains and Plumbing Repair. Our main water pipe broke and water was leaking. It got worse and fast. Luckily we redirected the flood of water coming in towards the sewer basin or else we would be flooding.It was labor intensive and a highly stressful time for us.nnI called them. Send him pictures and videos over the phone. And Pedro came right away, he assess the situation and gave me a quote. He really is a nice and supportive. He was professional and always texted me when his crew was coming and what's the next step. He took care of all the permit and advised us from day one. I am very grateful.nnThe crew was wonderful. They were punctual, clean, and worked so hard. They showed me I can trust them and the integrity of their work. They were meticulous of the repair and of other resident's property. When they leave, the worksite is neat and guarded until they return next day. They even helped me push my car parked in front of my house into the driveway when the battery died so they can dig in that spot. There were a lot of tree roots underneath . Not only do they get the job done, they go beyond to help you as much as they can. They were diligent and professional. Thank you.
