Poor customer service. They never asked me or the other only customer in the store if we needed a fitting room. Then, they closed the doors at 6pm without warning. Suddenly, I hear, 'Mam, we are closed.' Well, thank you for the warning and the great customer service. I actually didn't say anything, but I felt like saying something along those lines. This was my first time at this store and my first impression was incredibly negative. I paid for what I was holding in my hand without even trying it on. I felt like leaving it right on the counter and walking out, but I paid for the merchandise and felt horrible for walking into the store 10 minutes before closing time. No customer should leave with that feeling. Sales are all about the relationships you build with your customers. Especially, new customers. That is why I'll continue to pay more for my clothing at Anthropologie and other stores where the staff is more experienced and trained on customer service.

They have such cute jewelry and funky nicknacks! This would be my favorite store if it wasnt so overpriced.
