Refurbished products and unfair prices
Great prices on brand new items. And the appliances are heavy duty, restaurant style. The young guy who answers is quiet. But very helpful. I called to ask for a copy of a receipt and they don't send out copies but he said he would look through their receipts and if he found he'd sent it to me. I ended up finding my receipt but I thought it was great that he was willing to even attempt to find my receipt. :)
