Ed came out today to do our semi-annual maintenance check. He was SO kind and helpful. He answered, in detail, all of the questions we had. You could tell right away that he was extremely knowledgeable and loved what he did. What a great experience! Thank you Ed!

Edward did a great job of being professional, and respectful of my time and my property. He was able to communicate to me when exactly he would arrive, explained what he was doing and why, along with some suggestions to prolong the life of our A/C system, as well as some options on preventative maintenance and upgrades. We had our semi-annual, scheduled HVAC maintenance completed today. Our service technician, Edward, was courteous and efficient. He performed a thorough evaluation/maintenance of our system. We were well pleased with this service experience and therefore would recommend J & J Services.

Called J&J in regards for getting an estimate for re sealing my air ducts and adding a vent to an add on room. Was told they charged for estimates and I declined, however was called back and told they would come out for a free estimate. Carlos arrived on the date agreed and was professional and seemed to know his business. He looked at our existing air/heat unit and check the outside of our house. He asked how many air vents we had and gave us our options. The deciding factor as to why we decided to go with another company was, Carlos never looked at our existing air ducts in order to see how extensive the job might be regarding re sealing and the placement of the additional air vent. We felt that the estimate given could have been given without ever coming to our home with just asking the how many vents we had and how many square feet our house was. We actually decided to replace all of our air ducts and had the additional air vent place in our add on room. This review is in no way a knock on the work this company does, J &J has been in business for a number of years with positive reviews, for us however, we were more comfortable going with a company that went the extra mile with their estimate, which btw was also free.
