I am happy to give GTSayler Construction and Development 5 stars not because I know them personally, but because they are AWESOME.nAnd here's 10 reasons why:n1. They always showed up when they said they would.n2. They were courteous of my home life and of my personal time at home.n3. Their attention to detail. Immaculate and professional.n4. Continuous communication with me regarding the status of the job.n5. Asked me how I wanted things rather than assuming.n6. Super tidy and clean. They cleaned up after themselves each day and never left their work stuff in the way. They never left any personal items or trash in my home after work hours.n7. Always immediate responses to emails, phone calls and texts.n8. If I didn't like something; they made it right and quick.n9. Trustworthy. I gave Greg and his team complete access to my home while I was at work without giving it a second thought.n10. They are all very easy on the eyes.

We hired GTS Construction to build our Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and detached garage. Greg and his crew did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship. All the guys were easy to work with. We highly recommend GTS.

Greg and GTS Construction team are absolutely the best! We called almost a dozen contractors in hopes to get three different bids for our complete kitchen renovation. Only three contractors even showed up, and only two gave us a bid. Greg's bid was spot on, he was the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and realistic. Our house remodel went smoothly, according to plan, and turned out absolutely gorgeous. It makes me want to completely redo my master bathroom now! I highly recommend Greg and his team!

Greg and his crew were a joy to work with, they were very respectful and addressed all of our concerns, their work was exceptional and very good pricing, they kept the area very clean at the end of each day, I would recommend GTS for all your construction projects big or small

We cannot find enough great things to say about Greg and his crew! The work they did for us should be in a magazine. They were professional, knew what they were doing , and such kind people. Even our big dogs, always getting in the way, loved them. We will recommend them to everyone who wants an outfit they can trust, charges fairly, and does fantastic work! Tom & Becky
