The guys come out and spray our lawn for bugs and weeds. They are great to always make sure they understand what we need and want instead of just spraying. They provide a quality service for the price.
It should be noted, I did NOT use this buisness.
I did however run into a few of them in a public setting a few weeks ago. I was stressed and upset about a Family emergency and on my phone and these men were just outright rude. They swore and terrorized me and I still don't know why (maybe picking fun at my situation?).... And then they just laughed it off to eachother. I was appalled about how inconsiderate, rude, and childish they were, not what I needed when I was dealing with a family death & emergency. I ran into them later and caught the logo on the truck they were getting into.
They could very well do good work. But based on how they treated me, when I wasn't using their buisness was enough to write this review. What awful men. There could be better men that work there, and I hope there are, but these two were not a good reflection of the company
I really like the friendly service and each technician seems to know what they are doing they measure out the amount each time. I really appreciate the attention to detail and pointing out that there might be a problem area or listening when I say, “ I think we might have a problem could you check it out. Thanks Christian for your good work
Garry was outstanding! As a first-time customer, he was patient in explaining the chemicals and the process used for the outside general insect treatment. He was very thorough in ensuring excellent coverage of the target areas, and he even took the time to spray our mailbox on the curbside. He went above and beyond. I hope he's the technician that comes for all future sprays!
These guys are great to work with! From the phone calls to the office, to the professional Techs. They are always very knowledgeable and do a good job. My lawn and my trees are healthy and look great year round.
