Was on hold for 20+ minutes to ask a question about form W-4V. I asked the gentlemen a question as to where to send the form. He started talking then the next thing I know I cant hear him because he hung up on me.

Calling all that were denied a number for no reason on window three.The lady with short dark hair and glasses the Prejudice person on window 3! I was there twice helping two different people due to them not knowing English very well and both times were given the most difficult time for a simple thing as a new SS# for a person is here legally and a person that was born here!! We had all that is legally needed and were turned away by her on window three.DO NOT GO TO HER>SAY YOU NEED MORE TIME AND GO TO THE NEXT PERSON IF POSSIBLE.nIf you are Asian you won't get a anything done there. If anyone reading this has had trouble with her please email me so we can all get together and file a complaint against her!!!nFirat I waited outside on the line for 45 mins. then when she called my number already I could see she didnt want to help me. Of course when I was called again it was the same prejudice lady on window 3.I had all the documents needed and she would not accept them. She kept asking me for more proof of ID and I gave her 4 but that wasnt good enough she wanted more,It was obvious she was not giving me a SS# today. I am sure she was breaking the law. I want to speak to lawyer about her, she should not be there if she is so prejudice against asian people. She practically accused me of ID theft then when I showed her the documents and more she still wouldn't budge..
