Excellent service. I waited a few days to complete the survey because I wanted to make sure the drain was truly cleared. Five days later, it’s absolutely cleared thanks to Jose Nunez. He was not only effective with his work but he was also professional. He explained what he was going to do and kept us informed. He came prepared for the job and came within the time frame I was told. We are very happy with the service we received and the outcome.
Steven from Roto Rooter came out to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. We recently had someone update our kitchen, who was great at making the counter and cabinets look nice, but was not skilled at plumbing and put everything back together improperly. Steven was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through every issue he found and clearly explained what needed to be fixed and replaced to get everything working properly again. He was efficient, timely and took extra steps to test everything when it was complete so ensure he was leaving everything in perfect working condition. I can't say enough good things about his work and his care in completing the job properly. We immediately felt that we were in good hands and are grateful for the fast response and awesome work he did.
Michael Diaz was professional, personable, and provided good communication throughout his service visit. He took great care to ensure the job was done right and answered all of my questions. He cleaned up the area as well before leaving. Thank you very much for acting so quickly to address our drain problem. I appreciate the great service.
Beginning with the young lady who took the call, Selma, I think. I felt confident that I would be taken care of. Joseph came to fix my problem. He was so nice. He explained everything to me before he started. He was quick and had the most friendly attitude. Everything is now in working order!!
Tony Rodriguez came w Jacob today. We had major sewer back up. They were very professional solving the issues and explaining the root problems. They went above and beyond- these guys take some pride in making sure the job is well done and satisfaction is felt. Really appreciate it!
