Charles was awesome. Super knowledgeable, was extremely quick, reasonably priced and was on time. He installed a water heater booster, fixed shower leak, and installed a bathroom faucet. I highly recommend him.
We bought an old house that had several water and septic issues. Charles was quick to respond and even worked on the weekend for one of the jobs. Price was fair and the work was top-notch. He is our go-to for future plumbing jobs.
We just purchased our home and knew there was a leak on the water heater hose. After about 24 hours of being in the house, it turned into a fountain. Being Sunday, we turned the water off and scrambled to find someone to help, as we didn’t have the proper tools to fix it ourselves. We called and left a message. Charles called back in less than two hours. He was here 30 minutes later, he warned us on the phone that it would cost double time being Sunday. He was here less than an hour and offered to look at a few other things we had mentioned would need attention. He checked out our mysterious leak on the outside wall of our kitchen. He said it was most likely a busted pipe and he could be back Tuesday morning to fix it, so that we weren’t paying for double time. He came back Tuesday morning as agreed, he was here for about an hour and a half, the pipe was fixed. We were happy with the job and the price. I was hesitant to call after reading the reviews, but we had no issues. We are very happy with the service that was provided to us.
