We shopped around at several carpet places here in Logan and Giant One has the best prices by a landslide. I was able to go in and discuss my budget, what need for carpet I would like to have met (durability, crush resistant, stain resistant), and was steered in the best direction without being overwhelmed. Dave really knows his stuff! He's definitely an expert in his field and isn't a pushy-sales type guy. He just wanted to help find the best option for my home. They did a great job measuring and even took a second look to make sure there wasn't any unnecessary waste of materials which saved us so money too.
The one draw back was communication when it came to install. COVID has made things difficult to predict with shipping, and I would have appreciated a little more communication about the shipping a installation time frame, and when I brought up my concern- they quickly responded.
The installation was great- Jose did a fantastic job, was very careful and precise with installing our patterned carpet.
I definitely recommend Giant One and will return for any future flooring needs.
After calling multiple places, it was looking like it was going to be several weeks out on a big flooring job we needed to get done ASAP. We explained to Giant Carpet One what we needed and why, and they were ON IT! They helped us picked a beautiful, well-priced, in stock, carpet so we could get going right away. It was one week from the time we called to the time the job was done. The end result was amazing! What a difference! It was literally seamless throughout the home and the process as well! The difference in the quality of work from when we bought our spec home was A+++. I highly recommend them! Thanks, Dave, Lance, and Giant Carpet One!

The ordering experience went well and normal. Where they really stood out was how they handled a hiccup with keeping their installation dates for us.
We were putting in broadloom in our basement, and we wanted the installers to install some carpet we already had in an upstairs bedroom. We were on an unforgiving timeline when the installers ran into a snag with their labor force. Though they were dealing with a headache about being short on labor they came through for us, got us taken care of. ( I am sure that by the time they paid their people overtime to accommodate our needs they probably didn't make much on our job.) When they understood our timelines they got someone to come out at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon who worked until 8:30 that night. The next morning he was back and he worked from early morning until late at night. He finished up the last bit Monday morning. It turned out beautifully and we were able to get our house back together before our important family event.
I have nothing but good things to say about how they took care of us, even when it was surely a pain for them.
These people don't communicate well. They were scheduled to do my mother's carpet this morning and are a no show. No phone call to say they would be late or to reschedule.
Dave was great! We shopped around a lot and came back to Giant Carpet One for the best price and quality. Install was awesome! We love our new carpet! Dave also installed the carpet-great man to work with! We will be back for other flooring needs.
