Don't waste your time with these guys. They came to my house to bid out my basement. After a week of not hearing from them I called into the store to remind them I would like to give them money to install carpet in my house... they could not find my bid and I was told they will "look into it". Fast forward another week and they have made no attempt to contact me. So I call in today and there is no measurement in for me... they don't know who I am! (after calling them 4 times asking the same thing for the past 2 weeks.) Super frustrating. Zero chance that I will do business with a company as unreliable as these guys.
Fair and professional. We had them install carpet on 2 different occasions, about 5 months apart. Both crews of installers were professional and did quality work. The person who came to do the bid (I believe he is the owner) was on time and fast. He gave us a fair bid and even though the carpet prices had gone up in the 5 months since our last install, he gave us a price that was comparable to our first carpet buy. Couldn't be happier with our new carpet!
I've had them install carpet, tile and LVP for numerous clients. I have experienced nothing but excellent work and great pricing. Their installer Eathon Smith does an especially beautiful job.
They were super helpful and easy to work with!
While there as a little lack of communications with the store, the installer, Jason Brown made up for it. He was fantastic. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is amazing. It is nice to have someone take so much pride in their work. I'd recommend Jason to anyone looking for an amazing installer.
