I booked with this company and got a phone call 24hrs later stating my flight was overbooked. So why I was still on the phone with them I checked the flight and the seats and there was 8 seats in economy still available this is lie number one. Second they said the airline contacted them a they said they only have these seat available at a higher price $200 more. I was on the airlines website and it was $50 more this is lie number two. Third I contacted the airline directly and found out these kinda places by tickets in advance so they already were supposed to have what they were selling this is lie number 3. I have emails of my purchases and my cancelation from them and my new flight at $50 more if I need to show this to the better business bureau.
Outstanding customer service. i went above and beyond to help solve my problems. Took great care of me..I will definitely use them again in my future. And I will be telling all my family and friends to use them..
Excellent company that makes travel booking simple and easy. John who is one of their customer support advisor, helped me choose the right flight tickets that suited my travelling plans. He was excellent throughout the booking process. I would definitely recommend Holiday Breakz.

Austin was super helpful, he help us through the whole week with my booking. We had a little problem with the new restrictions of COVID-19 Test. We had to cancel the trip, but later we had an emergency to travel and he help us find the best deals.
