A real bookstore! The smell of actual print on actual paper is intoxicating! Great selection, best staff, very special place.
So I was visiting my sister recently and traveled all the way from Jacksonville Florida and while visiting Lampley I wanted to check out this bookstore and I'm so glad I did. It was adorable and charming. The lady up front was so sweet and found a copy of the book Stuart Little that I wanted to get my little boy for Christmas. She and I struck up a conversation when she told me she visited Neptune Beach in Jax many years ago. She was a hoot and I was so happy I got to meet her. I wish I got a photo of me and her together! Check it out if your in Lampley :)
We always make sure to stop in at this sweet local shop on our annual visit to the island.
One of my favorite bookstores... ever! They have an incredible selection and many amazing recommendations and staff picks.
Friendly, good selection, local authors as well.
