Every time I have a question or have to do something in the office they are readily available to help. They are polite and accommodating. I never dread going in!

I was hosting an event at a house and they kept the process simple to get a license. It was easy to get ahold of them on the phone as well.

I hate coming to this place! The ladies who work there are so rude and incompetent! They act like they are doing you the biggest favor in the World by giving you rude service. I really wish a state official would perform an undercover audit of this place so they can see and for sure terminate at least a couple of incompetent employees who are paid by state tax payers.
