The 2 stars is solely based on poor management. The manager at the Olive Ave Branch is the most unprofessional manager that I have dealt with in my life. From her appearance to her persona to her way of handling a circumstance. She really, truly, SUCKS!nnAs for the rest of the staff; friendliness, efficiency, cleanliness and all around great place to go to handle dmv business. I would rate the Olive Ave DMV Branch a 4 1/2
Took my daughter to DMV on Blackstone The driver instructor was horrible and very unprofessional Period. Took my daughter to this one on Olive and the driver instructor was tough but very professional. I recommend taking your child here if you want the attitude of strict but professional and fair Driver instructor. I wrote a review about the DMV on Blackstone and the experience that my daughter had which was absolutely awful. This DMV is five stars much better and definitely recommend! It wasn’t just the driving instructor that was good it was also the people inside helping others and helping us with the driver process just so much nicer people. Even the Security Guard was nice. Who knew the DMV could actually have nice people. ( At least the one on Olive)ud83eudd37ud83cudffb♀ufe0f
Great experience this visit! In and out in 2 hours!n*wear a maskn*if doing a drivers license or id card - do your app online AND write your confirmation # down - this will DRASTICALLY help your timen*be prepared to wait and for a linen*come relaxedn*be respectful
If I could rate (0) I would...Customer service is shot, online help is non-existent and trying to talk to a human over the phone is impossible. I get better service at the post office and that's saying a lot..
I went there today to get my license renewed, if you do the application online you won’t have to wait in the line for so long. It took me 2 hours in the morning. I would prefer getting there around 7-7:30 in the morning to get in the line.
