I think the program is needed, and helpful. However as the homeowner I feel l should have been the one they arranged to put fish in my pool with, not my children. Yes 2 of my children are 18 or older but they are not the homeowners, they did not know my plan with the pool and so fish were added while I was out of town. Two days after the fish were added I had an appointment with my pool guy to come fix my filter. Now my filter is going and I’m ready to start my pool but the fish are in there. I was told that if I shock the water the fish will die and float up and I can get them with a skimmer. Ummm yuck. I am not pleased. I feel the arrangements should have been done with the homeowner!!

After being bit continuously at my house and not being able to find a possible source of where the mosquitoes keep breeding I finally called to have the experts figure out what I was missing. Thank goodness for Dave. He was so accommodating with scheduling an appointment. He found my problem, a vase in the backyard I overlooked that had water from the last rainstorm, and eradicated the issue. He educated me on what to do different as well as about the new breed of mosquito that is in our area so be sure to apply your repellent.

The personnel here are friendly, and helpful with answering my questions, coming out to determine why and where mosquitos are making their home here, setting traps, explaining in detail why & what to do and what kind of mosquitos are present as well as their activity such laying eggs, hatching and on and on. These people are really working for the communities which they serve. I strongly recommend calling this agency if you have a need to.

Couldn't come out for 6 weeks hopefully they'll be gone by then I hope we don't catch some horrible disease.
