Very impressive of the services given by Mr. Chad Colby the supervisor of Water Division of Fresno Water System Department.nHe was very professional, thorough, polite, trying to make the customer happy, neutral and unbiased, giving opportunities for exchanging ideas and inputs. He is a good example of government employee doing services to public.
I'm very disappointed in these guys. I read today that there is problems with high levels of lead being found in the tap water so I called just to be sure mine wasn't effected. The gentleman who answered the phone right away gave me the feeling I was inconveniencing him by calling. He told me my house probably wasn't effected. He didn't sound confident so I said can I please just have my water tested. He was super rude and acted like I was asking for the moon. He finally agreed but when I told him I was not the home owner he said they couldn't test my water unless my landlord called. (I do not understand if my name is on the utility bill and I'm the one drinking the unsafe water why I can't have it tested) I have a 5 year old daughter and I just want to make sure she is safe. I will purchase my own test. To the super rude, lazy, patronizing Bob Little, sir maybe you should retire or find something that makes you happier than your day job.
