I appreciate Handy Ride services. I have complained at times, but at the end of the day, I am grateful for their services. I cannot catch regular buses because I can pass out at any time. Some of us can walk, but are limited. None of us is perfect and we all have to be mindful that we all have good and bad days. Be grateful for the service that is provided by this company. We all could be on the regular buses. Could be worse. Alot of times I be dizzy, can't stand up or sit for too long and my lower back is getting worse. So I appreciate Handy Ride services.
So far everyone is helpful at the de-lovely in helping supporting the disabled and the Staffing over that it's very loyal and on time are there schedule I really appreciate you guys working 7 days a week but that disabled residents to help get them a round safe and get home safe God bless you are at Handy Ride I would like to look over there to help out you guys are really down time and look like I would like to volunteer into help out
This place is Keolis Transit. It is not a City of Fresno job! Don’t be duped by the fact that it’s FAX Handy Ride. Beware of applying here, turnover is high for a reason.
Handi ride Left me stranded at Walmart kc for 3 hrs , thanks to LYFT I got home safe and in reasonable time
My mother-in-law is 71 years old and she uses this to go to her appointments almost everytime I call to make an appointment they say they don't have that time to be able to take her so she's usually late. She said that they told her they're getting more buses and more drivers but it seems that it's still the same.
