Horrible customer service! I spoke to Christine over the phone (after waiting 1 hour on hold) and she started off with an attitude. I Ignored the attitude and kept communicating with her, then she tells me they have lost all my paperwork! She then starts getting upset and loud with me from me trying to ask questions on how they got lost. Tells me she can’t give me any information. Now I have to start from square 1! So unprofessional!!

Call them 5 different time. Machine operator put me hold on and no one never pick up my call. I even try to call right at 8am and it seem like they are still busy during open hours? What a joke. Management need to check on this location. I feel like the employee are slacking. Fresno,Ca
