Maybe Lately's Food & More

This place was top notch! Our AirBnB host recommended it and I'm real glad they did. I was surprised to see they're relatively new, because the quality of grub was off the charts. Got some great brunch sandwich items and they had a bomb cinnamon roll special that I regret I only got one of. Make sure to get a glass of fresh juice, too. Can't wait to come back again some day :)

I never thought I’d have a ‘spot’ in Viroqua....but then Maybe Lately’s moved in. I love this place. Great food, awesome people, the best juice. Take my money!

First off, their portions are extremely generous for the price on everything I have tried. The Mr sandwich well balanced and delishous. The biscuits are out of this world, but as far as I'm concerned their amazing, plowy, citrus-icing topped cinimon rolls take the cake, I just ordered some to take to a friend in Madison, because even in a big city your not gonna find what this small town eatery has to offer.

So thankful for this spot. It is truly what Viroqua needed, encompassed into one eatery.nnHere is a review of each thing I have eaten so far...nnBreakfast burrito: I subbed extra salsa verde for the chili mayo. I thought this was a great breakfast burrito for a great price. B+nnVeg hash + I added bacon: best veg hash I've had, I appreciated that their we're several roasted veggies including radish, sweet potato, Brussels sprouts, potato and a green. The sourdough is bangin and the bacon was quality. A+nnPatty Melt: very good, however I almost wish it was on their milk bun, but I guess it wouldn't be a patty melt then. B+nnThronebreaker: I got a combo of sausage and mushroom gravy which was a solid choice.nNice to have a southern breakfast in a small WI town. A+nnSausage Mr. Sandwich: can't go wrong here. Incredible. A+nnFancy chicken: my favorite thing thus far. The charred scallion aioli slaps and everything is just a good balance on this sandwich including the bread. A+nnI heart M.Y.C: Another great sandwich. A+nnTuna melt: my partner cried. He said it was complete nostalgia for him and it was just how he imagined it. A+nnSquash soup: my least favorite thing so far, but it doesn't mean I won't keep trying their soups. I can't really put my finger on why I didn't like it, so I won't give it a grade.nnCheddar broccoli soup: very goodnAnnPotato salad: delishnAnnI can't rave about this place enough, I also can't stop going. Send help.
