Receptionist is over the top rude. Supervisor is also unnecessarily rude who talks down to you like you’re a child and sides with the receptionist even when they are both in the wrong. They make going here a hassle every single time. You get told when your next appointment is and most of the time it’s the wrong date written down. But they still expect you to pay the fine for missing an appointment you weren’t given the correct time of day for. They yell at you for entering the office despite wearing a mask because you’re supposed to call them to do a temp check at this time but never answer the phone. I called 5 times and it went straight to the answering service each time even after they opened and was berated for “not reading their sign”. Pascoag is a lot better. I advise you to go someone else b/c you aren’t taken seriously here at all.

Does anyone else have issues with the receptionist at every Well One office?! I use both Foster and Pascoag and every time I call to make an appointment or have questions they seem rude to me! Like they are annoyed to me assisting me with my Healthcare needs! So far I have no issues with my actual doctors, but the receptionist ruin every interaction I have with Well One....
