The store itself is nice and clean. Most of the staff also is nice. My experience today was kind of surprising, the woman who helped me at the counter with cashier name “Gilbert” was not friendly or courteous at all. Even when I extended some kind words. I’ll still go back but won’t go out of my way to say hello if she helps me again.
Just like any other CVS store. They do a good job of keeping clean but i do think their prices are way higher than what you find elsewhere. This is even if you use the CVS app. I have also noticed that the people working at the checkout do not tend to ever be smiling or extra friendly. It creates a weird vibe when you walk in or checkout. I only visit this location if a nearby store is not open or has what I need.
Cvs has been ruined because of Ritzmans. Cvs wanted to be greedy and take all their people now they are WAY understaffed, WAY overworked, and physically cannot keep up with giving good customer service anymore.
Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Called and reminded them of prescriptions I needed to pick up and they still messed it up. Then didn’t fill an antibiotic for a baby for 24 hours and once I showed up said “looks like we’re still working on it, 15 more minutes” then after waiting 30, I overheard the worker say this same statement to 3 other customers.
Good place to start a drug store, all they do is send me messages about picking up prescriptions that I dont take anymore and repeatedly tell them to take themout and now dropping prescriptions out all together
