I posted a poor review a few years ago after a difficult experience here. I recently visited again and there was a definite improvement! The gentleman who helped me was quick and efficient. There was respect and privacy for all patrons. I was impressed and thankful for a great experience.

Customer service here was unbeatable. I called with questions about using one car for twin drivers to be tested and the clerk was helpful and kind. The clerk that gave the maneuverability test was super patient with us. Both clerks in the license office were helpful and everyone in the office seemed to be friendly and enjoying their work. And after all the excitement I forgot my whole folder of documents: birth certificates, passports, etc. they tried to call but it was after hours so they kept it for me until I could pick it up the next morning. The clerk taking names at the door knew me and I had my life documents and was out in less than two minutes. Thank you, N Canton BMV office!

Ruined driving for me if I’m honest. Only had bad experiences here. One example includes the time I was on call with a lady to get a problem sorted out, and she was yelling, talking down to me, and more even though I was being calm.
