I’ve gone to JB Jewelers several times and every time the workers have been extremely nice and respectful and meet all of my needs at a reasonable price. I have found it immensely difficult to find a jewelry store and get the same respect, care, attention, and price that this location provides. It is clear that they care about the customer and want to make sure that you are getting what you paid. Also, the jeweler is real, some jewelry stores may try to sell fake jewelry without letting the customer know, at JB Jewelers provide real, authentic jewelry and will prove it to you if you become skeptical. Overall, JB Jewelers is the best place to suffice any jewelry needs currently, from repairs to new pieces, they will put forth their highest efforts to achieve your satisfaction.

My daughter and I walked in to get a bracelet fixed. The owners were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! We loved their beautiful, unique, delicate jewelry on display, especially the rings and will definitely return to this store! This shop is a gem in downtown Hartville!!!
