Removing old tub and replaced it with a beautiful update shower which made a big difference in the bathroom. My wife and I LOVE the expert job that they did. In one day they finished the job which amazed me, but what my wife and I noticed was the men enjoyed the work they were doing and while they worked one was singing out as he worked.nI would recommend Senior Safe Solutions to anyone who would need repairs. Just wanted to share with you my experience with Senior Safe Solutions. I called the owner Dave late last fall and requested that he come out and give me a quote to replace my bathroom tub with a walk-in shower. He came out and gave me the quote and I said I would like to think about it and get back to him. He kindly thanked my for my time and left. I called two other companies and had them come out and give me a quote as well and was totally turned off by the sale tactics by one of the companies, the pressure was unbelievable, worst I've ever experienced. I finally got them to leave and immediately called Dave and asked if he could come back and discuss the project with me again which he was more than happy to do. I signed with Senior Safe not only because he saved me more than $2,000.00 over the other two companies but also because he was the nicest person you could ever want to meet, very honest and up front with everything. Also may I add that the (2) installers were also very nice and meticulous about their work. I stuck my head inside the bathroom a couple of times, without them knowing just to see how it was coming and each time was amazed. I had no idea that the plumbing behind the wall was being replaced as well, I was really excited about that, no more worrying about leaks as in the past. All I can say is that this was one of the wisest decisions, if not the only, I have made. I thoroughly love this shower, should have done it years ago.nnP.S. You will not be disappointed.....

Excellent response time; thorough explanation of the lift chair and how it works; installation was simple and straightforward; training on chair was completed once install was finished. Definitely consider this company if you have this type of need.
