I was a member of an HOA that had an insurance policy via Farm Bureau. When the roof failed, I was told the HOA insurance wouldn't cover it because it was "neglect" or something so I was forced to use my own insurance to pay for the damage. Consequently, I have a huge negative mark on my insurance record as a result of the HOA insurance NOT covering what SHOULD be covered by the insurance.
So, bottom line, don't go with Farm Bureau because they don't cover problems that they are supposed to cover under the policy. Go with a real insurance company that actually honors the policy you have with them.
Wow, Brady Christensen is amazing, he has amazing customer service does not surge coat things. Would highly recommend him!!
