NOT receiving our MAIL! RIDICULOUS. They usednCOVID as the excuse. Covid has been going on for a year!nnWe did not receive URGENT documentation due to their inexcusable actions. We we now made aware the news stations are doing stories on the MILLIONS of pieces of mail NOT BEING DELIVERED.
I do a lot of shipping for my business and continue to use the USPS for all of my shipping needs because of this location. Whether I need supplies or there's a suggestion how I can save money, the postmaster personally provides that information on solicited. FedEx UPS have their place when the document absolutely has to get someplace overnight but for the money and professionalism of this particular facility you simply can't beat the service and price. We should all be supporting the US postal service.
I talked with Michael and he was so helpful and pleasant. The Aurora Post Office always has wonderful service.
No clue why there are so many bad reviews for this post office. I have only ever had the best customer service from all of the staff here. So helpful, patient, and accommodating. They’re always able to answer my questions. They’re great!
This place is wonderful! Great service, friendly workers, seldom a wait, It is an all around good experience. It is evident they all work well together, and they show respect for their co workers and for all customers. They have an amazing talent for patience with any confused customers. All in all.. one of the best post offices i have ever been in!
