Even with the place being busy and somewhat hectic due to Covid restrictions, Ian was still really friendly and helpful!
Called ahead to make sure I had everything I would need n then git right in and it went good.
A total madhouse...but just as organized as it could be!
The experience I had was enjoyable. Everyone was helpful and pleasant! There was a line out the door but if you have your required paperwork it was fast and efficient.
As you can guess, the lady, aka wicked witch of the west, was trying her best to make the bmv a place where they don't know what's going on next door (the exam station) making people leave line, to go stand in another line next door, only to return and start back over in the original line. She was miserable and wanted to project her emotion on everybody she encountered. Parking was available, and they have a new monochrome twister style line process now that allows more people in the waiting room. Because of their lack of knowledge, time in each building was minimal, due to existing and re-entering. Would not recommend.
