If I could give less than 1, I would. After have un-unbearable time to get my new license, it was sent to me with the incorrect zip code. I return there, wait 45 mins in line, only to be told I'll have to pay for a new ID to fix THEIR mistake.

Very disrespectful when you go to have a title issued expect to make several trips I have made three now because they continue to say I need more paperwork even though I ask on the second trip is that everything I need now I have to go back a forth time. I believe strongly that the title office and bmv both have a main question on their application are you grumpy and arrogant we do not all know everything in a lawyer's mind when they want these items for the state I have never met a person that has went to one of these places and had a good experience, all it takes is for you to say you need this information and this information and everybody could have a good experience

Spent less than 5 minutes changing title. Tellers we're friendly and nice and I went about my day.
