Brian and everyone at P2P are extremely competent and thorough in performing home inspections. Brian went through 2 homes so far for us and we couldn't be happier with the service. The binder made on site with photos and descriptions of everything he found along with the 360 degree photos of every room are very helpful. I can't say enough good things about this company and I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone!

I called with less than 24 hours notice to book a septic inspection for the home we were purchasing and they fit us right in the next day! They were prompt, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend this company. They really care about accommodating their customers!

Brian was very professional and courteous. He checked everything out and documented and explained everything to me and my realtor. He also answered all of our questions. I was very well pleased with my inspection.

Did our well and septic testing and inspections. Got it done before other companies and also beat their prices. Great company would recommend and use again.

Incredibly disappointed with the services that we paid almost $1000 for. Brian, our inspector missed major issues with our foundation; a stair step crack that goes floor to ceiling, a wall that is bowing in the center, and previous foundation work. Any professional expert would be able to identify these things. When called to ask if they could be further evaluated, they recommended another company. When Amir from Pinnacle arrived, he was able to see these things before he even got to the wall, but now he is unresponsive in providing his report after 7 business days. So not only did the company Pillar to Post waste my money on an inspection, they wasted my money on a company they recommended, AND the thousands of dollars it will cost to repair this damage. Be careful who you entrust your inspection to, it’s not these guys.
