The worst place to live ever! Sheila the manager is rude and disrespectful. When you try to call about anything she just hangs up on you and nothing ever gets done. They just gaslight you and make it seem like your the problem. If you are smart you will run far away from that place.
Great place to live. Quite ,calm community. Been here for years and wouldn't consider living anywhere else.
Don't patronize this place when its all over. They don't care about people. I have rented many rv/campground spots over the years. You reserve, pay and stay. This place has rv spots but they have ridiculous requirements. Three months proof of income, proof of employment background checks and more. When my daughter said you understand I just want to rent an rv lot for a month? The lady said yes this is our policy.and she was rude about it. How would they ever rent rv spaces with these requirements? And during these trying times everyone is trying to help everyone, but not them. Most places were so nice that we spoke to they were trying so hard to accommodate people. Not this place. These times show how business really care about people.
Ran down and need to fix it up and clean some of the people out of there that bring in the nonsense
Wanted to apply to the park. Talked to a Sheila and she was very rude!! The owners should really look at finding another manager to deal with the public. After speaking with her I decided not to even bother putting in a application because I don’t want to deal with her on a monthly basis.
